The FREE Strawberry Express shuttle leaves Oxnard's Transportation Center approximately every half-hour, escorting guests directly to the Festival. Amtrak Schedule Options From the South, trains arrive in Oxnard at 9:20 a.m. 10:40 a.m., (11:55 a.m. Coast Starlight, reservations required), 2:06 p.m. 4:35 p.m, and 8:38 p.m. From the North, trains arrive in Oxnard at 7:37 a.m., 10:12 a.m., 2:57 p.m., 5:20 p.m., (7:08 p.m, Coast Starlight, reservations required), and 7:49 p.m. The most likely round trips from Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties are arriving at either 9:20 a.m., 10:40 a.m. or 11:55 a.m., and returning south at 5:20 p.m., 7:08 p.m., or 7:49 p.m. The Coast Starlight requires reservations, the others do not, unless you want to travel in Business Class (recommended for busy trains like the Festival trains). The best round trips from San Luis Obispo or Santa Barbara Counties would arrive at 10:12 a.m. and return at 4:35 p.m. or 8:38 p.m. Times published are scheduled, but not guaranteed.
